When Kelly first stepped into a hoop, there was an immediate connection. She began designing and handcrafting hoops for all ages, and started spinning her way to new opportunities. Thus, her company, Hoop-Di-Do, was born. Her love for the hoop inspired her to share it with others. She began to teach modern hoop dancing, with class locations in Calgary and Airdrie. Kelly also started performing, including multiple hoop, LED hoop,  Black Light (UV) hoop and Fire hoop performances.

She has been involved with such groups as the Rocky View School Division, the Airdrie Festival of Lights, the City of Calgary, the City of Airdrie, the Airdrie Boys and Girls Club, the Kerby Centre, Girl Talk Events, Shimmy Dance Productions, the Canmore Lantern Festival, and High Performance Rodeo. Her performances have taken her to various locations, with her biggest audience yet at the Martha Cohen Theatre.

Kelly loves to inspire movement and bring the joy of hooping to people of all ages.
