The hoops are custom designed, including the proper hoop size and weight, and choice of color and pattern.

Heavier weight and larger diameter hoops spin slower, which make them great for control and learning the basics of hoop dancing. These hoops will strengthen the core and help discover hooping rhythm.

Hoops made with thinner, more lightweight tubing will spin faster. Move to a higher skill level with this style of hoop. As a fitness hoop, these are very beneficial since a faster movement is required to keep up hoop momentum.

Custom sizing and extra colors are available upon request for an extra charge.

Re-taping of a favorite hoop is also available.
